Roger Scheck Construction is a licensed general contractor based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, specializing in kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, home additions, and new construction.

I built this company around a simple idea: construction should be done right. Not rushed, not covered up, and not built to the bare minimum. The work should look good when it’s finished, but more importantly, it should be solid behind the scenes where it matters most.

My background started with hands-on trade work before moving into general contracting, and that experience shaped how I approach every project today. I understand the difference between work that’s built to last and work that only looks good on the surface. That perspective carries into how projects are planned, managed, and executed—from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

At Roger Scheck Construction, we focus on well-managed projects, clear communication, and quality construction that holds up over time. Whether it’s remodeling an existing space or building something new, the goal is always the same: create a finished product that functions well, meets code, and is built with intention.

I also spend a lot of time educating homeowners on the renovation process because I’ve seen how often people get burned by poor planning, vague scopes of work, and contractors cutting corners. Helping people better understand construction is part of the mission. The more informed a homeowner is, the better decisions they can make for their home, their budget, and the people they hire.
